I am looking to see if it is possible to toggle the field "Linked Issues" from Jira in Zendesk based off the native integration.
I see that the field is referenced once you link a Zendesk ticket to a Jira ticket - but I was wondering if this can be selected in Zendesk when creating the Jira ticket.
The above "Linked Issue" field is the field that I am wondering can be selected when creating a Jira ticket from Zendesk.
This is what the field looks like in Jira.
This would save our Customer Service reps time but not having to select values in the two systems as they select values in this field for our engineers to respond accordingly.
