Tickets with status open
Hello there,
i was wondering if there is the possibility to just count open tickets from last day. I searched around but open Tickets or backlog Tickets are including pending tickets and new tickets. I just would like to count the Tickets with the status "Open" from the last day in a rage of 1 week.
Can anybody help me?

Edit: I think i found it.Is it right? i got no error message but i m wondering, cause this metric do not exist, and i m asking myself, it was kind to easy, maybe i did something wrong.
And Can someone give me a tip how i can filter them like i want to see how many open tickets we have now (or yesterday)?

If I'm understanding your inquiry I don't believe you'd have to make a custom metric to see this information.
