I'm currently on an end-user account in our support system, and our Help Center manager suggested I report this issue here.
I've recently been experiencing an issue with my account automatically unfollowing topics in our support community.
Until recently, I've been following all of the topics in our Support Community, and have been receiving email notifications for all new posts in the topics I'm following. I didn't receive any notifications over the weekend, and I presumed that was just from low activity, but upon further investigation I discovered that my account was no longer following any of the topics in our support community.
I've periodically (probably once a month) experienced issues with a few topics being mysteriously unfollowed, or temporarily not receiving email notifications for topics that I'm following, but never has the issue been so extreme as to unfollow me from ALL topics in the support community. I've seen other end-users, and some of our agents, report this issue as well, but nothing as extreme as all topics being unfollowed.
Is this a known bug? Is there anything that we need to do in our Zendesk settings to fix this issue?
