How to flag customers without active support contracts?
I'm looking for a way to add a message to an organization that will pop up any time someone views a ticket associated with that organization. Has anyone else had a need for this and found an app that might be able to help?
Use case: Some customers don't pay their support bill and need to have support suspended for a period of time. Being able to add that notice in Zendesk will help agents stay informed.

There's no native functionality that would serve the purpose you're asking about. We use a third-party tool called Pendo to create pop-up messages in Support, though it does a lot of other things, too, and might be more than you're looking for.
