    There's no native functionality that would serve the purpose you're asking about. We use a third-party tool called Pendo to create pop-up messages in Support, though it does a lot of other things, too, and might be more than you're looking for. 

    We'll keep this thread open for other users to respond to, and we'll include your question in our weekly digest to help it get some visibility.

    And thanks, Kay! It would be exciting to have an app to do this. This might be a silly question, but how do I send a DM? I can't find the option on this community site.
