    Hi Edzi,

    If your goal is to make sure that agents on your team get notified about new posts made to your community then the best option is going to be to moderate your content. If all comments are moderated  then the people managing the community can subscribe to notifications about content that needs review. There's a guide to the settings for this in Moderating End-user Content
