Salesforce Contact Role to Zendesk User

    HeyO Shane,

    Our integration natively syncs accounts, contacts, or leads to organizations, users, and users respectively. I'm not aware of a good workaround for syncing the custom object/relationship Contact Role over into one of those standard objects.

    The closest thing I could think of would be to have a formula field on one of the aforementioned record-types, but changes to such a field would require a workaround as described in https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360042438674

    I'm keen to see whether someone else has come up with a more elegant workaround than this.
