Few clarification or support needed for the Slack integration

    Hi Kiran Mohan Khemkar,

    Thanks for your questions!

    1. Unfortunately our integration doesn't display the Zendesk users/agents when creating a ticket in Slack. This is due to a privacy constraint.

    2. The ticket creation fields are constrained in the current integration, I've noted your feedback for a future feature release. 

    3. The integration sends notifications based on ticket groups & status, but unfortunately not domains. I've noted your feedback for a future feature release too.
