Auto create JIRA tickets from Zendesk

    Hi 김민성,

    I did some digging on my end and it doesn't look like this functionality exists with the current Jira integration at this time. I'm happy to pass this along as Product Feedback so our product managers are aware of this limitation.

    I'll leave this post open in case other users have run into a similar issue and can provide an alternative solution for you.
