Link tickets
Hi , we recently start using Zendesk and would like some help for the following please:
1. Linket ticket app
Can we create multiple child tickets ?
2. Linkets app
How can we un-link tickets if I've done it by accident ?

Hi Nicole Wu,
1. It seems that no, you can only create one linked ticket. I would suggest you use the Problem/Incident functionality if you want to link more than one ticket... More on that here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203691086-Working-with-problem-and-incident-tickets
2. I am unable to unlink tickets after it's done. That seems strange to me but it doesn't seem possible at the moment.
