    I don't see your help center or widget publicly available, so I can't really offer specific insights here.

    Hi Jacob,
    Thank you for taking a moment to try to help me.
    I asked zendesk support for their help.
    I was a bit confused between zendesk support and community support.
    I feel that it's more likely a bug than a usage error on our side.
