Merge Tickets in Mobile App
完了The mobile app must have an option to merge tickets. This is one of the important features of Zendesk. It would enable us to work solely using our phones and not have to worry about bringing our laptops/ PC.

Ticket merge functionality was added to the mobile app last January, in version 2.7.0.

Please give me a step-by-step process on how to do that on Android. I have received 2 different replies from you Customer Service Team in FB. One said I can merge tickets, which I attempted to do using the steps she gave, but there's still no option to. The other said there's still no way we can merge and recommended that I post something here.
