How to artificially inject terms in Help Center Search
Hi, We have a lot of articles on Zendesk Help Center, and they have been built over time as our product (BlueStacks) progressed.
Current Behavior:
We have articles that are related to the older version of the Product (BlueStacks 2, BlueStacks 3) which rank higher in search (Relevance score). This is because the titles and labels are similar for ex: "How to Report a Problem on BlueStacks 3" and "How to Report a Problem on BlueStacks 4".
Example: https://prnt.sc/tvjm7g
Expected Behavior:
We want the articles from BlueStacks 4 to show up at the top in search instead. As we no longer support the previous versions, and most of our user base has already migrated to the latest version. However, there are still those that use the previous versions, due to which we cannot delete/archive these articles.
Example: https://prnt.sc/tvjn1k
Suggested Solution:
Whenever user searches, we should be able to inject "on BlueStacks 4" in the search from the backend (or frontend), and the correct article shows up in autosuggestion.
We are using the {{search}} breadcrumb in our home_page.hbs file to generate the search form.
How would we go about doing that?
I can provide more details if needed.
