Status after scheduled unpublishing in Zendesk Guide
Contents can be unpublished by setting a specific date and time. When the time reached the content is unpublished automatically. That is an important feature and we often use ist.
Unfortunately, there is no specific status for content that has unpublished due to this automation.
Content has the same status as new content -> work in progress.
As a result, we have to check every content to see if it can be archived or if it is intended for later publishement.
From our point of view this could be solved better by
- adding a specific status for planned unpublished contents
- archiving contents automatically
- ...
