Hi there, for a little background information on our Zendesk setup, here are our products and plans:
1. Support, Team Plan
2. Guide, Lite Plan
3. Chat, Lite Plan
4. Talk, Team Plan
Here's the issue we're running into:
Our team has been using a GET request to "/api/v2/help_center/en-us/articles.json" for a few months now to parse our FAQ data. We've been using article "label names" to find the category of the FAQ questions (see https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/help_center/articles). Recently, we no longer see the "label names" field in the returned data, which is causing our page to crash and our categorizations to be off. Has anything changed in either the API or the plans that would cause this?
