I use the IP address restriction by the Privacy Act of Korea.
To further explain, Korean law recommends that only admins use IP address restrictions.
However, zendesk's IP address restrictions apply to all users above the agent role.
I want the IP address restrictions setting to be improved so that it can be applied by role.
Currently, many of our agents are working from home because of COVID19. However, they are using a VPN to access allowed exception IPs due to IP address restrictions.
This is quite unnecessary and a hard work for them.
I want to apply the IP address restriction only to admins. I want to free agents from VPN so they can access zendesk support anytime, anywhere.
Please, please improvement it.
