Zendesk is down here too. Support for this is confusing and defensive

    What number did you use to get in touch? I haven't been able to reach anyone.

    Really disappointed too! Would have liked a heads up such as 'system is down we are on it', that would have been great! A message like this should be easy to add to the widget! Followed up by a confirmation when system is back to speed again. I've just managed to access but everything is very, very slow.

    Hey nan,

    I'm not seeing any other reports of this on my end. Can you do a quick browser refresh to see if the issue has resolved itself? It may be related to a network issue so if at all possible, you may want to try connecting to a different network.

    If the issue continues, can you provide a screenshot of what you see on your end when you try to access your Support account?
