Minor thing but anyhow.
Zendesk has implemented a notification for situations were number of maximum agents is reached, or maybe exceeded:
"You’ve reached the agent limit on your *** account. To manage your agent seats, contact your sales representative"
Feature sends unnecessary emails to account owner, and some fine-tuning would be recommended. In these situations there should not be a notification, even if maximum number of agents would be in use:
- Agent role is changed
- Light agent is added
