Create ticket for Facebook post with comment, not "empty" posts.
We add lots of posts to our Facebook page each day and we don't want them all converted into tickets as it would simply overwhelm us.
However, if someone posts a COMMENT on one of our posts, we'd like that converted to a ticket so we can respond to it.
So how to we set up SOCIAL MESSAGES so that it creates a ticket ONLY when someone posts a comment on a post we make?

I would suggest setting it up as explained in this instruction.
Make sure to turn on the Comments as Tickets feature.
Then for all the tickets that are created by yourself (or your team), add a triggers which saysLastly make sure to add the tag to the user profile of all users that create posts on your Facebook Page.
Now all comments should create as a new ticket, and the ones you don't need will be filtered out. -

Hi Kay,
Would you also be able to do this on Facebook ad campaigns? So if you are creating a Facebook campaign and want to mute all the comments, so you will not be overridden with tickets? Can you use tags for that or is there another workaround?

Not sure if you can make a distinction between Facebook Ad Campaigns and comments.
The article here says there is an option to show unpublished posts (which appears to be like ads).
If so, you might be able to set it up for all comments on those posts too. -

Probably the support team.
However if you want this resolved fast, I would advise to just test it yourself.
