    That's very strange. Is the user that uses the email suspended? If so, set them back to active.

    If not, I'd see if support can help.

    There's no way to natively mark a particular sender as not spam and let it go through. I have made it a habit to check the suspended queue at least once a day. I also have an alert sent to my email (you can find this in settings) to let me know I have some suspended emails.

    Alternatively, if you would like the ability to mark certain email senders to come right through, check out this Shredder App https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/shredder/ which should automate the process since it doesn't seem Zendesk will allow us to do this right now without an app.

    Hello Heather,

    The email is not suspended so it's weird. Support is a joke I'm sorry to say. I can't open a ticket but one of you guys opened one for me for another issue and it's pending for I think 13 days now? without no response from support so iopening a ticket is useless.... :(

    Heather is not a Zendesk employee, so she can't check on that ticket for you. I did, however, and escalated it; I'm very sorry for the delay there.

    Our community moderators are end users just like you who have been deputized to help manage the community, and have a high level of expertise with Zendesk products. You can tell Zendesk employees as our title badges all say "Zendesk" and then our role, and we have the little person icon on our photos.

    If you need to reach support, (and in this case, it does sound like we should have an agent look at your account) the fastest way to do that is by opening a chat. Instructions on that can be found here: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support

    You could add the address to the allowlist which should hopefully prevent it from being blocked as well.
