Hover-over follow-up ticket previews show HTML/CSS formatting instead of showing description
For responses to tickets (i.e., follow-ups seem to be only those affected), the hover-over ticket preview function is showing the HTML/CSS for the formatting instead of rendering it just as the description. Not sure if this is the right place for this but it seems unintentional/less-than-ideal UX.
