We set up our queries to only include filters for our custom form fields. But in the report, tickets that don't belong in the results for certain queries are showing up there.
For example, tickets in our "software" category are showing up in a query for "hardware" only.
I don't know if it is because there is text in the ticket that matches an old hardware tag, or not.
We want to filter by the form fields ONLY, and do not want the old tags to be causing tickets to pulled in.
