I tried to do the steps to enable Help Center, that are mentioned here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203664346-Getting-started-with-Guide-Setting-up#topic_ckn_wc4_qy
1. Sign in to Zendesk Support as an administrator.
2. Click the Zendesk Products icon () in the top bar, then select Guide.
3. In the page that appears, click Build your knowledge base.
But when I click on Guide in the products icons, the browser opens a new URL and displays:
"This page doesn't exist
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved."
We are a very new Customer. Since 16.11.20..
We bought Guide. At the overview page stands: " Guide - Professional - Noch 11 Tage im Testzeitraum"
My user has the Admin Role for Guide.
Does anyone has a tip how to enable Help Center?
