Email notifications for @mentions on tickets
Hello - please could you consider allowing deactivation of email notifications for @mentions on tickets. It clogs up our agents' email inboxes and does not add any value - it means they have to spend time flipping between Zendesk and email which defeats the purpose of the product.
Instead, it would be useful to see recent mentions in the Zendesk interface on the "updates to your tickets" under a section for "mentions"
