Selecting an alternative email address for replies to end-user
If several email addresses are connected with an end-user and the end-user writes from a mail address that is NOT the primary one Zendesk will only respond to the primary email address. Zendesk's support team explained that this was default behaviour.
I wonder if there is any workaround in place to choose/ select from the email addresses within a user to reply to?
