We have a use case in which our users need to file several support tickets at once using a long complex form that will have a lot of shared values and only a few distinctive values to be set for each ticket. We need individual tickets because each of them can have different results / SLAs.
Is there a way to have a clone or copy ticket option presented to the end user, so that they can take all the values from an existing ticket, copy them, and then edit the few values that differ before creating a new ticket? Or a way to create multiple tickets at once by identifying which values need to be set independently from the shared ones?
We are aware of the Clone ticket app, but we want the end user to be able to create each ticket individually without having to fill in the long form with the same values multiple times. We don't want our agents to be having to clone the tickets and then editing each one to set the distinctive values.
If there is not an option to do that currently, what is your suggested solution to accomplish this? We are open to recommended theme customization.
