Recognition of incoming mails in BCC's
Hello
We sometimes receive emails from customers or partners where our assistance emails are in BCC's because the information is shared with a hidden mailing list during incidents or other.
But Zendesk does not recognize the incoming email because it is in BCC's so the emails are not processed in the reception triggers and are lost. However the email arrives well and when we look at the details of the email received, the assistance email address concerned is present, but not treated cause in BCC's.
Could you please add the ability to include "BCC" to incoming emails.
