I'm in a data exploration phase of a backlog of tickets that are stuck open and waiting for resolution and know I'll probably want to do something like this again in the future for reviewing tagging trends.
What I want to achieve is the creation of a table where each row item is a ticket and my columns are
- a ticket number,
- ticket description, and
- a comma-separated string of tags on that ticket.
Is such a thing possible? Zendesk Explore seems to be limited to presenting only numbers in the cells of the table view, and "Views" in Support does not offer tags as a column.
I'm trying to avoid asking my Zendesk account holder to request that the data export feature be enabled because I know if I do that then I will do all of my analyses elsewhere and runs the risk of data siloes and piles of out of date data dumps.
