Is there a way to show Agents who haven't done a Public comment in Explore ?

    Hi Ifra Saqlain,

    I am trying to achieve this in Explore. Here I have a report which is based on Ticket dataset and not on the User dataset unlike in Insights. If the Agent hasn't done any updates for past couple of months, the report simply won't pull that Agent in the report.

    Lohith S  As far as I can tell, the only solution for this is what Eugene Orman proposed in this comment:

    Basically this boils down to:

    Step 1 - create a Date Range calculated metric for a timeframe that DOES include results for the agents you want to display. That makes sure they appear in the table.

    Step 2 - create a second Date Range calculated metric for your original desired timeframe. 

    Step 3 - hide the column from step 1. 

     

    It won't always be a perfect fix but hopefully it works for you!
