We would like the ability to customize the Article Settings panel in the Article Editor view of an article.
For example, we would like to be able to add our own drop-down lists (e.g., article type, product/service, etc.). With these fields we would also like to be able to report on them (through Explore) as well as add them to Article Verification Rules as a filter.
Basically, we want the same ability in Guide that we currently have in Zendesk Support with customizing different fields on forms (drop down lists, required fields, check boxes, etc.).
