We would like the ability to create KPIs in explore to show how many articles have been submitted for review, are unpublished and published? Articles created can be reported on, but there is no method of reporting on an articles status:
- When an article was published, reviewed, or unpublished?
- Is an articles current status Published or Unpublished In review?
- Who is the article reviewer, when were they assigned?
These KPI's are critical to managing our support organization and providing support engineers and managers a measurable metrics for article status in Explore.
