Is it possible to automatically recover tickets caught in suspended tickets/spam based on string in message subject text/body?
回答済みWe have quite a few emails that are submitted via web form that make their way into suspended tickets because they are "detected email as being from a system user" or because they are recognised as an "automated response email". This requires constant maintenance of the suspended tickets view to recover the hundreds of tickets that get caught by it each week.
Is there a way that we can auto-recover the ones with those subject lines? They would all contain a common string and if we could recover by that, it would save a lot of time tediously recovering tickets. As far as I can tell, the blocklist and allowlists are the only way to "filter" tickets out of the suspended view automatically, and that can only be done based on domain.
Are there any workarounds whatsoever for doing so by specified string?
Cheers all

Hi Trevor,
As far as I know, this would require that you write a script using the API. You could run it at a desired interval.
See https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/support/suspended_tickets
It's possible that a 3rd-party app such as "Shredder" might help:

Thanks for the insight, Jonathan, god to know there are at least some workarounds out there. Really appreciate it. Cheers!
