Previously we were able to type Group/Assignee manually, in the Assignee field and easily select a specific agent within a group. 

Right now, we can only type either group name or assignee. With large number of groups, scrolling down to select an agent can be a tedious task. 

Would it be possible to
1. restore the ability to select a ticket assignee by typing group/assignee in the field
or
2. after selecting a group, have the ability to type an agent name and search only for agents within the selected group?
