We are trying to integrate the Drift chat client onto our support portal with Google Tag Manager but aren't having any luck. I'm thinking its because you have to be logged into the portal to access it. I've gone through the steps outlined through the support site but still nothing.
We can't even get it to pop up where we've accomplished this on other sites.
Has anyone successfully got a chat client to work with Google Tag Manager on a portal that has to be signed into?
