Current month compared to last month development in percentage

I'm currently trying to figure out how to make a query that shows "first reply time" for "Current month" and its percentual increase or decrease since last month. Exactly like this one "Created tickets this month vs "Created tickets last month: 
The problem is cannot add "First Reply time - This month" and "First reply time - last month" like I can with "Tickets created". They do not exist in the current metrics to choose from.
I'm trying to do the same with "Resolution Time" as well.
Might be I have to build this, but if that is the case how do I do that?
