How do i create tickets automatically when a quote is created in Salesforce
Hi,
I am very much new to Zendesk. My requirement is: When i create a quote for a new customer in Salesforce, that contact person should be sent welcome letter and questionaire.
In Zendesk i have to create two new tickets for sending the welcome letter and questionaire automatically. How can i achieve this? Any suggestions or solutions would be highly appreciated.

Hey Ch,
You'd most likely need to use the Zendesk API to automatically generate these tickets in Zendesk. We also have a Salesforce Integration available that may help get you what you're looking for as well. I've linked some useful resources for setting this up :)

Thanks for your reply. I worked on the way proposed by you. But unfortunately it didnt meet my requirements.
My company doesnt want to achieve this by coding.
Can i get one to one support from Zendesk team.
We are stuck with this issue from past 2 weeks.
