How do I edit a customer's name in Zendesk?

You'd think this would be simple. But I can't figure it out. I just want to update their name, because the person I'm dealing with has changed, but want to keep the same customer account.

Hi James,

You can navigate to the user's profile (via Manage > People, or search, or clicking their name in the Organization-Requester-Ticket# toolbar in a ticket), then follow the instructions here: Updating your name and profile picture

(Basically, you click on their name in the main pane of their user profile, next to their picture thumbnail.)
