I can't add an agent

I have paid for 2 agents in chat but the "Enable Agent" button is greyed out.

Hi Matthew,

In regards to your concern, here's an article that will provide some steps that you can follow in enabling the chat on your agent/s.

Hi John,

Thanks but I could not get this to work, as below I can't click "enable agent"
