    The article Elaine linked to has been archived, but here's the relevant information from it: 

    In order to hide the Chat queue, you would need to  build your own Chat widget using the Chat SDK (https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/) and then change the wording of the string 'chat.wait_queue', or just hide it (https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/#chat-wait_queue-chat-event-type).

    Hi Yuliia,

    There is no native setting in Chat to remove or turn off the queue position that is seen by end-users while they wait for their chat to be served.

    You can check the article Can I hide the queue position for chats? for the suggested workaround on this. Hope this helps! :)
