Download list of all documents in repository

Is it possible to extract a list of all files held in the document repository. We maintain a master archive in Aerofiler and need to audit the master archive on a regular basis. Being able to compare the Zendesk repository contents with the Aerofiler archive is an essential function.

    Hi SuperChoice! One option to get a list of documents is to do an account export, this will provide a CSV file with documents. You can read more about how to export your data here: Exporting data from Zendesk Sell.  You can also use our API to retrieve documents if that is helpful!
