Request for customizable customer session lengths

Could we possible get a way to set the session time for an end user? We have customers who are complaining that they are regularly getting logged out, we would like to extend the session time for end users in the same way we can extend it for agents! Not sure if its possible or realistic, but if it could be implemented that would be amazing!

    Very much needed! A customer just told me:


    > … had a detailed response [but] on submit [ZD] redirected me to log in again and I lost it all.
