How do I provide feedback for the New Mobile App agent experience EAP?

    I cannot open pdf files with the new agent experience enabled. If I toggle the new eap off the pdf opens just fine

    The new eap seems to show html code for emails with html.... Does not behave this way in old interface. Feel free to call me for tkt examples

    Hi Sean, 

    Many thanks for submitting your feedback. We're working on adding better attachment support, including PDF's in the new experience, this should be available within the next few weeks. 

    As for the HTML code, I'll create a ticket outside of this post so that you can share the examples with us directly.

    Hi Sean, in relation to your comment on not being able to open PDF files, can you try again and let us know the outcome, we cannot reproduce this issue on our end.
