Allow Agent Workspace to adjust left, center, right size

The left and right side bars hold a lot of information and it would be great if they could have some additional real estate on the page.

    Hey Margaret Boisvert!

    Your wish is granted - we'll be releasing functionality for agents to resize the Context Panel (right sidebar) in Agent Workspace by December 7, 2021. 

    We're working on doing the same thing for the ticket fields pane (left sidebar) in Q1 of 2022.
