Allow pop-up for Agent to create ticket

Having to fill in all the information in the small fields on the left side bar can be difficult. It would be great to allow a pop-up window with the same fields available to fill in. Or to view a ticket for that matter. It can be very difficult to read the fields on the left side bar

I was just going to enter a suggestion for this too!! Being able to move the fields around so that one doesn't have to scroll the left-side column would be excellent. We have a number of custom fields and on some (most) forms can't see them all w/o scrolling down.
One of the biggest features that's missing. I like the idea of a pop-out form as an option, but the ability to have some customization over the agent workspace layout would be optimal IMHO.
