Tickets Jumping

For about 3 weeks now, I've noticed that almost everything I click on a NEW ticket, the page automatically jumps down 1/2 the page and doesn't let me in the ticket.  I will have to click the NEW ticket a second time and then I'm navigated into the ticket.

Can this be fixed? Is it a know issue?  Thoughts?

You can try to clear cache and cookies to check if the issue will still happen. In addition, try to open Zendesk on a different browser/device. If the issue persisted, feel free to contact us through messaging and we'll investigate further.
