Chat Triggers with Visitor Locale

Hi,

We have a multi-language website and we use chat triggers, but the only way to define the language of the message in the trigger is to use the visitor location or the URL.

This will not work for us as we base the page language on the client's defined language with us, we set the locale on the client side JS.

Can you please add Locale as one of the filters for the Chat Triggers?

    Hi there,

    For this, you should use the Javascript APIs to set a tag for the locale of the visitor and then set the trigger conditions to fire based on the tag present for the visitor.
