  Hey Maki,
   
  Is this happening in the agent interface or in your Help Center? If in the Help Center, there may be some custom code that is causing this error to show up when you attempt to submit a ticket.
   
  Any additional information you can share with us may help point you in the right direction.

  We just modified the code a bit from the Copenhagen template
