My company has multiple Facebook pages on which we have Facebook Messenger enabled. When routed into Zendesk, we were hoping to have a unique tag added to each ticket that identifies the Facebook page that the conversation came from, which would be useful for analytics.
Unfortunately, existing trigger conditions are limited to Channel | is | Facebook Messenger which accounts for FBM as a whole and can't tag tickets separately for each Facebook page. I thought that using the Integration Account | is | Facebook: XYZ would solve this, but Zendesk Support confirmed that this condition is only for Facebook Wall Posts and can't be used for FBM.
I'd love to see a new condition added for triggers that can add a unique tag to Facebook Messenger conversations based on the page they were initiated from.
