Integration to calendar when clients send you a meeting link

    Hi Jessica, for better visibility I've moved this to our Suite Q&A topic. In any case, if a customer includes a meeting link in a ticket response, it should show up as a clickable link in the agent interface, so clicking it should open the meeting link into a new tab and usually there'd be a link to add to your calendar there (depending on the meeting platform they're using). Does that answer your question?
