How do I sign up for the Agent state and activity historical reporting EAP?
As we are in EAP, we want to collect as much feedback as possible in order to refine this experience. To sign up for this EAP customers must meet the following criteria:
This EAP is available to Zendesk customers who:
- Are on a Professional or Enterprise plan
- Have Agent Workspace enabled
- Actively use Explore (daily/weekly usage; ability to create custom reports and dashboards)
If you meet the above criteria, please complete the following sign up form and we will get this EAP enabled on your instance as soon as possible!
- Please keep in mind that time is required for data ingestion so enablement may take a few business days depending on the size of the account.

We filled out quite a long time ago, but this EAP is not activated for us yet, maybe there are some problems ?

Thanks for getting in touch, we had to pause enablement briefly due to a bug found, we are verifying the fix currently and then will resume enablement.

Yes we have continued enablement, however, this is being conducted in batches so will take time to process through the backlog. I will be emailing as soon as it is enabled.

What is the estimated time to contact me after filling the form?

We are enabling small batches each week to make sure we can monitor traffic and any performance concerns. As a result lead time can be 2-3 weeks. Please bear with us as there is high demand for this release. Any further questions, please let me know!

I recommended a client to sign up for the beta a month ago and they are still not enrolled. Have you paused signups for the EAP?

I signed up for this EAP at the beginning of November. Is there any updates on when this will be rolled out further?
We have been using Omni-Channel routing for a month now and I am receiving frequent requests from Team Leads asking for this level of reporting. .

Hey Stephen, thanks for your interest in the EAP! I chatted with our product manager and it looks like we are aiming to launch this in GA by end of January. For now, the EAP is suspended until then to allow us to prepare for general availability.
